Shopping Online as a Guest or SourcedNZ Member

You may shop on the SourcedNZ website as a ‘Guest’ or as a ‘SourcedNZ Member’.

Creating a SourcedNZ Member account requires you to provide your name, address, valid telephone number and email address and to set a password.

Becoming a SourcedNZ Member allows faster checkout and entitles you to receive exclusive SourcedNZ Member Only Specials which may be communicated to you by phone, email or text.

When your SourcedNZ Member account has been created we will email you to confirm and provide you with your unique promo code to welcome you on board.

One SourcedNZ Member account is permitted per email address.
You must not use another SourcedNZ Members’ account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

SourcedNZ accepts all major credit and debit cards.

 

Supply

All SourcedNZ products are subject to availability and should we be unable to supply a product for any reason we will contact you by phone or email to discuss potential alternatives.
If you decide to cancel an order due to delay or unavailability of products SourcedNZ will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price to the original payment method used.

Delivery and Tracking

When will my order be delivered?

Expected delivery timeframes are stated on product listings and depend on product type and delivery location.

Where is the rest of my order?

Orders containing multiple items may ship and be received at different times due to supplier deliveries.

How do I track my order?

Once tracking becomes available you will sent a Tracking Information email.

Change of Mind and Cancellations

I have changed my mind, can I return this product for a refund?

Change of mind refunds are at the sole discretion of SourcedNZ Limited. If you have changed your mind please contact us within three working days of receiving the product. If a change of mind refund is agreed to and the conditions of return are met, the cost of returning the product(s) shall be met by you including any supplier restocking fees.

Can I cancel my order?

Faults

My product is faulty can SourcedNZ help?

SourcedNZ is fully committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and will assist you wherever possible with faulty products. We will either liaise with our suppliers on your behalf or provide you with contact information for the right people to speak to.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

If your goods have not arrived within seven days of the expected delivery please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 331 551 or email info@sourcednz.co.nz for further advice.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us to report damage immediately on 0800 331 551 or email info@sourcednz.co.nz for further advice. You must retain all the original packaging and material and we may ask you photos of damaged packaging and/or products.
